  1. i went for my first in person singing class
  2. i figured that waking up early might not be for me on some days and thats okay
  3. i slowly let myself detach from people who may not value me, even though once in a while i message them and that’s okay
  4. letting myself just BE in sadness cause i needed to
  5. keeping my room clean & doing some things for myself

what did i do well

i think i did a pretty good job of just letting myself be when i was feeling low and not trying to divert my attention from what i was really feeling.

what do i need to improve?

  1. being in touch with my feelings & truly being in line with who my dream self
  2. drinking more water
  3. not trying to race time
  4. and steps :)

what were my biggest lessons?

  1. you have to let your self be LOW to appreciate your high
  2. you have to realise that some people are just not meant to be in your life and its for the better
