what were my top 5 accomplishments?
- i went for my first in person singing class
- i figured that waking up early might not be for me on some days and thats okay
- i slowly let myself detach from people who may not value me, even though once in a while i message them and that’s okay
- letting myself just BE in sadness cause i needed to
- keeping my room clean & doing some things for myself

what did i do well
i think i did a pretty good job of just letting myself be when i was feeling low and not trying to divert my attention from what i was really feeling.
what do i need to improve?
- being in touch with my feelings & truly being in line with who my dream self
- drinking more water
- not trying to race time
- and steps :)
what were my biggest lessons?
- you have to let your self be LOW to appreciate your high
- you have to realise that some people are just not meant to be in your life and its for the better
